摘要
高等教育评估是现代高等教育体系的重要组成部分。从未来向度看,现代化高等教育评估可能会形成从扩张到内涵发展的转型评估样态、人文与技术深度融合的评估样态、持续开展结构化调整的评估样态,需要从教育、技术、文化三个维度引导未来高等教育高质量发展。教育伦理是以评估促进高等教育科学发展为基本遵循,应当回归立德树人初心、尊重多方教育诉求、强化评估底线标线。技术原理是以评估促进高等教育创新发展为核心要件,要以教育为基础强化技术创新、以评估为场域强化技术应用。文化哲理则是以评估促进高等教育持续发展为动力源泉,既要关注人的情感要素在教育活动中的变化,也要关注文化传承创新在教育行为中的体现。
Higher education evaluation is an important component of the modern higher education system.From the perspective of the future,modern higher education evaluation may form a transformation evaluation pattern from expansion to connotation development,an evaluation pattern of the deep integration of humanities and technology,and an evaluation pattern of continuous structural adjustment.It is necessary to guide the high-quality development of future higher education from such three dimensions as education,technology,and culture.Educational ethics is a fundamental principle that promotes the scientific development of higher education through evaluation.It should return to the original intention of moral education,respect multiple educational demands,and strengthen the evaluation bottom line.The principle of technology is the core element of promoting the innovative development of higher education through evaluation.It should strengthen technological innovation based on education and strengthen technological application in the field of evaluation.Cultural philosophy is a source of the driving force behind the sustainable development of higher education through evaluation.It should not only focus on the changes in human emotional factors in educational activities,but also on the reflection of cultural inheritance and innovation in educational behavior.
