摘要
教师组织承诺因是决定教育改革成败和学校效能的关键因素而得到广泛关注。校长作为学校改革发展的引领者,其领导风格是影响教师组织承诺的关键。为探究校长变革型领导对教师组织承诺的影响,国内外众多学者开展了大量的实证研究,但研究结论尚存争议。通过运用元分析方法对有关校长变革型领导对教师组织承诺的影响效果的实证研究文献进行探究,结果表明:校长变革型领导对教师组织承诺具有较强的正向影响,其中校长变革型领导维度中愿景激励影响作用最大。校长变革型领导对教师组织承诺的影响效应受到调查对象、文化背景差异的影响显著,大学教师对校长变革型领导与教师组织承诺之间关系的感知要显著高于中小学教师,东方文化背景下的教师对校长变革型领导与教师组织承诺之间关系的感知要显著高于西方文化背景下的教师。
Teachers’organizational commitment has been widely concerned because it is the key factor to the success of education reform.As the leader of school reform and development,the principal’s leadership style is the key to influence teachers’organizational commitment.In order to explore the impact of the principal’s transformational leadership on teachers’organizational commitment,many scholars at home and abroad have carried out a large number of empirical studies,but the research conclusions are still controversial and need further research.With the meta-analysis method,a study was made of the empirical research literature on the impact of the principal’s transformational leadership on teachers’organizational commitment.The results show that the transformational leadership of principals has a strong positive impact on teachers’organizational commitment,and the vision motivation of principals’transformational leadership has the greatest impact.The effect of principals’transformational leadership on teachers’organizational commitment is significantly influenced by the differences among respondents and their cultural differences.College teachers’sense of the relationship between the principal’s transformational leadership and teachers’organizational commitment is significantly higher than that of primary and middle school teachers;and teachers with eastern cultural background have a significantly higher sense of the relationship between the principal’s transformational leadership and teachers’organizational commitment than teachers with western cultural background.
