摘要
随着信息化技术的发展,其在推动教育数字化的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文中首先分析了高校数字化过程中面临的问题,包括线上教学低效、人员管理缺失、人员轨迹难查和线下数据量大4个方面。其次阐述了信息化技术的重要作用,通过线上线下混合式教学、校园智能门禁系统、大数据精准决策和线上一站式服务等管理实践,能有效解决高校数字化中遇到的问题。最后总结了信息技术在高校数字化中的应用优势,即其不仅能有效提升师生的数字化素养,还能通过信息技术与教育教学的深度融合,促进教育资源共享。
With the development of information technology,it plays an increasingly important role in promoting the digitization of education.This paper firstly analyzes the problems faced by colleges and universities in the process of digitization,including four aspects:inefficient online teaching,lack of personnel management,difficult to check personnel trajectories,and large amount of offline data.Secondly,it expounds the important role of information technology.Through management practices such as online and offline hybrid teaching,campus intelligent access control system,accurate decision-making with big data,and online one-stop service,it can effectively solve the problems encountered in the digitization of colleges and universities.Finally,it summarizes the application advantages of information technology in the digitization of colleges and universities,that is,it can not only effectively improve the digital literacy of teachers and students,but also promote the sharing of educational resources through the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching.
