摘要
近年来,海口市人口老龄化呈现速度增长过快、高龄化老人迅速增长的趋势。作为海南省会城市,海口市的养老服务业发展起步落后于其他发达城市,相关养老设施建设不足,难以有效应对当地人口老龄化问题。本文通过调查与分析海口市养老服务体系的现状,研究和借鉴广州、上海等城市养老服务的先进经验,并提出要对海口的养老服务业进行科学规划布局、多渠道增加养老服务供给和资金投入、加强养老服务行业人才建设,以及大力推进智慧化发展等对策,以期健全多层次、多样化的养老服务体系。
In recent years,the aging population in Haikou City has shown a trend of excessive growth in speed and a rapid increase in the number of the elderly.However,as the capital city of Hainan Province,the development of the elderly care service industry in Haikou is lagging behind that of other developed cities,and relevant elderly care facilities are insufficient to effectively cope with the problem of local population aging.This paper investigates and analyses the current situation of the elderly care service system in Haikou,studies and draws on the advanced experience of elderly care service in Guangzhou and Shanghai,etc.,and proposes countermeasures to scientifically plan the layout of the elderly care service industry in Haikou,increase the supply of elderly care service and capital investment through multiple channels,strengthen the construction of talents in the elderly care service industry,and vigorously promote intelligent development,to improve multi-level and diversified elderly care service systems.
