摘要
金玫教授认为高血压病虽属中医头痛、眩晕范畴,但更多合并于多种疾病当中,多视为标证或兼证,提出5种临床常见证型,分别为肝热化风、瘀血阻窍、风阻络脉、气滞热壅、阳亢扰心。对于高血压的治疗,坚持药简力专以达疗效为原则,根据多年临床经验,对于这5种类型分别形成了5组具有独特效果的对药来进行治疗,即以夏枯草、豨莶草清肝散结,平抑肝阳;以川芎、怀牛膝活血止痛,引血下行;以天麻、地龙搜风剔络;以蝉蜕、通草清热畅气;以珍珠母、炒枣仁平肝养心安神。
Professor Jin Mei believes that although hypertension belongs to the category of headache and vertigo in traditional Chinese medicine,it is more commonly combined with various diseases and is mostly regarded as manifestation or accompanying symptoms,and 5 common clinical syndrome types are proposed,namely liver heat causing wind,syndrome of static blood blocking orifices,wind obstructing collaterals,pattern of qi stagnation and heat congestion,and syndrome of yang hyperactivity disturbing heart.For the treatment of hypertension,the principle of using simple and effective drugs to achieve therapeutic effects is followed.According to many years of clinical experience,five groups of paired-drugs with unique effects have been formed for the treatment of hypertension,namely,using common selfheal fruit-spike and Herba Siegesbeckiae for clearing liver-fire and and fading nodules,and restraining liver yang;using Sichuan lovage rhizome and Achyranthes bidentata to promote blood circulation,relieve pain and draw blood downward;using tall gastrodia tuber and earthworm to clear the wind of collaterals;using cicada slough and ricepaperplant pith for clearing heat and making free activity of qi;using nacre and Semen Ziziphi Spinosae for suppressing hyperactive liver and nourishing heart and tranquillization.
