摘要
炭素压机是生产电极的重要设备,随动剪切是提质增效的关键工艺。因此,探究炭素压机随动剪切控制具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对比剪切方式的优劣,提出随动剪切的控制需求,设计了随动剪速度控制系统。结合随动剪切速度控制系统实际运行情况和数据分析表明,该控制系统可以保证产品精度,提高生产效率。
Carbon press is an important equipment for producing electrodes,and follower shearing is a key process for improving quality and efficiency.Therefore,exploring the follower shear control of carbon press is of great significance.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of shearing methods in the text,the control requirements for follow-up shearing,have been proposed and a follow-up shearing speed control system has been designed.Based on the actual operation of the follow-up shear speed control system and data analysis,it is shown that this control system can ensure product accuracy and improve production efficiency.
