摘要
在全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的新时代新征程中,党领导人民成功走出了中国式现代化道路,创造了人类文明新形态。现代化强国不等于科技强国,现代化建设离不开科学技术建设,在中国式现代化建设的进程中,需要发挥科技是第一生产力作用,同时也需要规制科学技术的负面效应。中国式现代化建设规制科学技术问题要以中国化时代化的马克思主义理论为科学指导,以人民对美好生活的向往为价值导向,要符合社会经济发展规律,要依据中国具体国情进行建设,才能真正全面地实现中国式现代化的本质要求。
In the new era journey of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Party led the people to successfully walk out of the path of Chinese path to modernization and create a new form of human civilization.Modernization construction is not equal to science and technology construction,and modernization power is not equal to science and technology power.In the process of Chinese path to modernization,we need to regulate the negative effects of science and technology.To solve the problem of science and technology in the construction of Chinese path to modernization,we must take the sinicized and contemporary Marxist theory as the scientific guidance,the people's aspiration for a better life as the value orientation,conform to the laws of social and economic development,and carry out the construction according to China's specific national conditions.Only in this way can we truly and comprehensively practice the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization.
