摘要
为探讨我国云南雪茄与尼加拉瓜雪茄烟叶质量差异,以我国云南德宏、临沧、普洱雪茄及尼加拉瓜雪茄烟叶为试验材料,通过OPLS-DA筛选不同产区雪茄烟叶矿质元素和感官质量差异指标,并基于因子分析和典型相关分析探究烟叶矿质元素和感官质量间的关系。结果表明,我国德宏、临沧、普洱烟叶和尼加拉瓜烟叶的差异矿质元素为Cl、Ca、Na、B、Fe和Cu,差异感官质量指标为香气量、香气质、杂气和燃烧性,其中尼加拉瓜烟叶Cl和Ca含量相对较低,香气量、香气质、杂气和燃烧性得分均高于我国产区。我国普洱烟叶Cl含量与尼加拉瓜接近,均显著(P<0.05)低于我国德宏和临沧烟叶;德宏烟叶Ca、Fe和Cu含量显著高于其他产区,比其他产区分别高23.45%、36.55%、47.93%;普洱烟叶B含量显著高于其他产区,比其他产区高68.27%。因子分析和典型相关分析结果表明,随B、Na和K含量的增加,香气质、香气量和杂气得分呈上升趋势,Cl、Cu、Mn、Ca和Fe含量与之相反;随K含量增加,燃烧性和灰色得分呈上升趋势,Cl含量与之相反。
In order to explore the main quality differences of leaves between Yunnan cigar of China and introduced Nicaragua cigar,using cigar tobacco varieties of China(Dehong,Lincang and Puer of Yunnan)and Nicaragua as materials,the difference indexes of mineral elements and sensory qualities of cigar tobacco leaves in different production areas were screened through OPLS-DA,and the relationship between mineral elements and sensory qualities of cigar tobacco leaves was explored based on factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis.The results showed that the different mineral elements of tobacco leaves were Cl,Ca,Na,B,Fe and Cu,and the different sensory quality indexes of tobacco leaves were volume of aroma,aroma quality,offensive odor and combustibility between China(Dehong,Lincang and Puer)and Nicaragua.The contents of Cl and Ca in tobacco leaves from Nicaragua were relatively low,and the scores of volume of aroma,aroma quality,offensive odor and combustibility of tobacco leaves from Nicaragua were higher than those from other areas.The Cl content of cigar tobacco leaves in Puer,China was close to that of Nicaragua,which was significantly lower than that of Dehong and Lincang tobacco leaves in China(P<0.05).The contents of Ca,Fe and Cu in Dehong tobacco leaves were significantly higher than those in other production areas,with an average of 23.45%,36.55%and 47.93%.The content of B in Puer tobacco leaves was 68.27%higher than in other production areas.The results of factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis showed that with the increase of B,Na and K contents,the aroma quality,volume of aroma and offensive odor score showed an upward trend,while the contents of Cl,Cu,Mn,Ca and Fe were on the contrary.With the increase of K content,the combustibility and soot color score showed an upward trend,while Cl content was on the contrary.
