抽穗期叶面喷施鸟氨酸对香稻产量、品质以及2-乙酰基-1-吡咯啉生物合成的影响

Effects of Foliar Ornithine Spraying at Heading Stage on Yield,Quality and 2-Acetyl-1-Pyrroline Biosynthesis of Fragrant Rice

摘要 为探究抽穗期叶面喷施鸟氨酸对香稻产量、品质以及2-乙酰基-1-吡咯啉(2-AP)生物合成的影响,以广东省主推香稻品种美香占2号为材料,进行了2年的大田试验,于抽穗期对香稻植株喷施不同浓度的鸟氨酸溶液,对香稻产量及其构成因素、稻米品质和2-AP合成特性进行比较分析。结果表明,喷施浓度为0.4~1.6g/L的鸟氨酸溶液可显著增加灌浆期剑叶叶绿素含量,提高香稻的产量以及稻米的粗蛋白含量,降低垩白度和垩白粒率。与对照相比,鸟氨酸处理下香稻2-AP含量显著提高了14.81%~30.62%。可见,外源喷施鸟氨酸在香稻生产中具有一定的应用价值。 In order to explore the effect of foliar ornithine spraying at the heading stage on the yield,quality and 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline(2-AP)biosynthesis of fragrant rice,the main fragrant rice variety Meixiangzhan 2 in Guangdong province was used as the material,and a two-year field experiment was carried out.During the heading stage,the fragrant rice plants were sprayed with different concentrations of ornithine solution.Rice quality and 2-AP synthesis characteristics were compared and analyzed.The results showed that spraying ornithine solution with a concentration of 0.4-1.6g/L could significantly increase the chlorophyll content of flag leaves during the filling stage,increase the yield of fragrant rice and the crude protein content of rice,and reduce the chalkiness and chalky grain rate.Compared with the control,the 2-AP contents of fragrant rice under the treatments of spraying ornithine were significantly increased by 14.81%-30.62%.It could be seen that exogenous ornithine has certain application value in fragrant rice production.
