摘要
对16份俄罗斯冬小麦种质资源的21个性状进行遗传多样性和主成分分析,并以获得的主成分因子为基础分别进行二维排序评价。结果表明,参试品种幼苗习性遗传多样性指数(1.0717)最高,壳色遗传多样性指数(0.1407)最低,表型性状变异明显,相对丰富,且基础广泛。通过主成分分析及相关性分析,在10个数量性状基础上构建出以4个主成分因子为主要参数的供试品种定量评价函数模型,并通过二维排序综合得出,D4(喀山16)、D6(喀山21)、D13(喀山43)和D16(喀山16210)是4个因子协调程度较好的品种,可为冬小麦品质育种及遗传改良提供新材料。
The genetic diversity and principal component analysis of 21 traits of 16 Russian winter wheat germplasm resources were carried out,and based on the obtained principal component factors,the two dimensional ranking evaluation was carried out.The results showed that the seedling habit genetic diversity index(1.0717)was the highest,the shell color genetic diversity index(0.1407)was the lowest,and the phenotypic traits of the tested varieties were relatively rich and had the extensive foundation.Through principal component analysis and correlation analysis,a quantitative evaluation function model of test varieties with four principal component factors as the main parameters was constructed on the basis of ten quantitative traits.D4(Kazan 16),D6(Kazan 21),D13(Kazan 43)and D16(Kazan 16210)were varieties with good coordination among the four factors,which could provide new materials for quality breeding and genetic improvement of winter wheat.
