摘要
建立快速准确同时检测食品中13种防腐剂的检测方法。样品用超纯水超声提取,提取液经蛋白质沉淀净化,再经盐酸(1∶1)溶液酸化后用乙酸乙酯液液萃取,萃取液经无水硫酸钠过滤后用GC-MS选择离子监测(SIM)方式测定。结果表明,13种防腐剂在相应质量线浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.998,不同阴性样品中(果蔬汁、面包)添加3个质量浓度水平的加标试验,回收率为73.2%~106.0%时,相对标准偏差为2.05%~6.91%,方法检出限为0.05~0.45 mg/kg。经方法学验证,该方法简便快速、重复性好、灵敏度高、结果可靠,适用于同时对食品中13种防腐剂的快速筛查和定量测定。
To establish a rapid and accurate method for the simultaneous determination of 13 preservatives in food.The sample was ultrasonically extracted with ultrapure water,and the extract was purified by protein precipitation.After acidification with hydrochloric acid(1∶1)solution,it was extracted with ethyl acetate liquid.The extract was filtered with anhydrous sodium sulfate and determined by GC-MS selective ion monitoring(SIM).The results showed that the linearity of the 13 preservatives was good within the corresponding mass line concentration range,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.998.Adding three mass concentration levels to different negative samples(fruit and vegetable juice,bread),the recovery rate was between 73.2%and 106.0%,the relative standard deviation was 2.05%to 6.91%,and the detection limit of the method was 0.05 to 0.45 mg/kg.The method was simple,rapid,reproducible,sensitive,and reliable,and was suitable for the rapid screening and quantitative determination of 13 preservatives in foods at the same time.
