摘要
针对机械式流量计工作效率和测量精度低、抄表困难等问题,文中设计一种基于LoRa通信的超声波液体流量计。分别从计量和通信功能方面进行设计,搭建物联网智慧系统实时监视和记录流量计量终端数据。实验结果表明:LoRa通信在1600 m内丢包率仅为1.2%,计量精度在1.5级以内,重复性不超过1%,能够满足实际工程的应用需求。
In allusion to problems of low efficiency,low measurement accuracy and difficulty in meter reading of mechanical flowmeter,an ultrasonic liquid flowmeter based on LoRa communication is designed.The metering and communication functions of the system are designed.Internet of Things smart system is built to monitor and record the terminal data of flow measurement in real time.The experimental results show that the packet loss rate of LoRa communication within 1600 m is only 1.2%,the measurement accuracy is within 1.5 level,and the repeatability is less than 1%,which can meet the needs of practical engineering applications.
