摘要
采集北京市中心城区5类163个城市公园的评论数据,通过自然语言处理获取评论内容与情感倾向,基于空间建模确定城市公园满意度时空演变趋势,利用消极评论信息进行统计分析,确定不同类型城市公园存在的问题并提出相应提升措施。结果表明:在时序上,北京城市公园使用后评价满意度稳步提升,在空间上,北京城市公园的建设更注重均衡布局。消极特征的时序演变与回归分析表明城市公园更应注重管理与运维水平的提升。对不同类型城市公园而言,文化遗址与综合公园应提升交通组织与管理水平,游乐公园应注意动物福利与游乐设施维护,生态公园应注意内外交通组织与联系,社区公园应注重差异化并提升景观设计水平。
This paper collects the comments on 163 urban parks in 5 categories in the central urban area of Beijing and obtains the comment content and emotional tendency using the method of natural language processing,to determine the spatio-temporal change in urban residentssatisfaction with urban park based on the spatial modelling.The statistical analysis is adopted to analyze the negative comments for determining the problems concerning different types of urban parks and proposing improvement measures.The results show that in terms of time sequence,urban residents' satisfaction with urban parks is steadily improving as the post-occupancy evaluation shows,and in terms of space,the construction of urban parks in Beijing is more focused on the balanced diffusion of space.The time series evolution and the regression analysis of negative characteristics show that urban parks should pay more attention to improving the level of management,operation and maintenance.For different types of urban parks,cultural heritage site and comprehensive parks should improve their traffic accessibility and management level,amusement parks should pay attention to animal welfare and the maintenance of amusement facilities,ecological parks should pay attention to internal and external traffic connectivity,and community parks should pay attention to differentiation and landscape design.
