全面深入推进依法治疆,是切实把全面依法治国的要求落实到新疆工作各个领域、完整准确贯彻新时代党的治疆方略、基于国情区情的富有中国特色和新疆特点的一场深刻革命。以史为鉴,历史的经验教训反复警示,必须坚持以习近平法治思想为根本引领和根本遵循,坚持党的政治领导,强化全面深入推进依法治疆的根本保证;坚持人民至上的价值追求,培强全面深入推进依法治疆的力量源泉;聚焦新疆工作总目标,抓牢全面深入推进依法治疆的重要环节;重视深入研究区情和国际形势,持续全面深入推进依法治疆的改革工作;坚持深入推进治理体系和治理能力现代化,确保为全面深入推进依法治疆计、为长治久安谋;坚持统筹处理好全面深入推进依法治疆的重点工作,切实维护宪法法律尊严,切实筑牢完整准确贯彻新时代党的治疆方略的法治之基础。
Comprehensively and deeply promoting the rule of law in Xinjiang is a profound revolution that effectively implements the requirements of comprehensive rule of law in all fields of Xinjiang's work,fully and accurately implements the Party's Xinjiang governance strategy in the new era,and is rich in Chinese characteristics and Xinjiang characteristics based on the national conditions and regional conditions.We will uphold the value pursuit of putting the people first and strengthen the source of strength for comprehensively and deeply promoting law-based governance of Xinjiang.Focus on the overall goal of Xinjiang's work,and grasp the important links to comprehensively and deeply promote the law-based governance of Xinjiang;Attach importance to in-depth study of regional and international situations,and continue to comprehensively advance the reform of law-based governance of Xinjiang;We will continue to deepen the modernization of our governance system and governance capacity to ensure that we are committed to comprehensively and deeply promoting law-based governance of Xinjiang and pursuing long-term peace and stability.We will continue to work in a coordinated manner to comprehensively and deeply advance the key work of governing Xinjiang in accordance with the law,earnestly safeguard the dignity of the Constitution and laws,and earnestly build the rule of law foundation for the complete and accurate implementation of the Party's policy on governing Xinjiang in the new era.
