数控加工技术在模具制造中的运用分析

摘要 数控加工集合了多种现代化技术,不仅能够实现全过程加工自动化,减轻工作人员的负担,且可以有效规避加工中出现的偏差问题,降低生产过程中的损耗,确保最终成品质量。将数控加工技术应用在模具制造中,可以有效提高各类部件的加工质量和效率,通过联动坐标强化过程控制,在最大限度上满足结构、用途、周期等方面的要求。分析了数控加工技术在模具制造中的运用,数控加工技术自身的优势,从多方面入手做出总结,最后提出了具体的策略,为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。 Numeric control integrates various modern technologies,which can not only achieve automation of the entire process and reduce the burden on workers,but also effectively avoid deviation problems during processing,reduce losses in the production process,and ensure the quality of the final product.Applying CNC machining technology to die&mold manufacturing can effectively improve the processing quality and efficiency of various components.By strengthening process control through linkage coordinates,it can meet the requirements of structure,purpose,cycle,and other aspects to the maximum extent.The following will analyze the application of CNC machining technology in die&mold processing and manufacturing,analyze the advantages of CNC machining technology itself,summarize from multiple aspects,and finally propose specific strategies to provide reference and reference for relevant personnel.
