摘要
目的 研究环状混合痔患者术后以中药熏洗坐浴干预的临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月南阳市中医院行手术治疗的100例环状混合痔患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组,每组50例。对照组接受常规干预,试验组在此基础上联合中药熏洗坐浴。比较2组术后疼痛、术后水肿及创面愈合时间,术后1、3、7 d视觉模拟评分(VAS),干预前后生活质量以及干预期间并发症。结果 试验组术后疼痛、术后水肿、创面愈合时间均比对照组短。2组术后1、3、7 d的VAS评分降低,且试验组比对照组低。试验组干预后各项生活质量评分均高于对照组;试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 环状混合痔患者术后以中药熏洗坐浴能够有效促进创口愈合,缓解疼痛,降低切口感染风险,从而提升生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath intervention in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods 100 research subjects were selected from patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to Nanyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 and were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each.The control group received routine intervention,while the experimental group received Chinese medicine fumigation and hip bath on this basis.Both groups continued to receive intervention for 7 days.Postoperative pain,postoperative edema and wound healing time,visual analogue scale(VAS)at 1,3 and 7 days after surgery,quality of life before and after intervention,and complications during intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative pain,postoperative edema and wound healing time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group.VAS scores of the 2 groups were decreased 1,3 and 7 days after surgery,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.Life quality scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group after intervention.The total complication rate of experimental groups was lower than that of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids postoperatively,taking Chinese medicine fumigation hip bath can promote wound healing,reduce the degree of pain and the risk of incision infection,thereby improving the qualityof life.
