摘要
习近平总书记关于以德治国与依法治国相结合的重要论述是对新中国成立以来德法合治思想的继承发展和对中国传统"礼法合治"思想的创新性发展,同时也是对治国理政中重大现实问题的回应,因而有着深厚的理论渊源.这一相关论述的主要内容包括:在国家治理中将德治与法治并举、以社会主义核心价值观引领公民道德建设、以新时代政德观引领政治生态营造等.我们应当通过良法和善治相辅相成,公民道德教育和党史宣传教育相得益彰,创新干部考核方式、确立以德为先任用原则等途径多管齐下,贯彻落实好习近平总书记关于以德治国与依法治国相结合的重要论述.
Xi Jinping's thought of rule by virtue is the inheritance and development of the thought of rule by virtue and law since the founding of new China and the innovative development of Chinese traditional thought of“rule by etiquette and law”.At the same time,it is also a response to major practical problems in governing the country,so it has a deep theoretical origin.The important contents of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of virtue include:the strategy of ruling the country by law and by virtue,leading the construction of citizen morality with the socialist core values,leading the construction of political ecology with the concept of political morality in the new era.We should implement Xi Jinping's thought of rule of virtue through many ways,such as good law and good governance complement each other,citizen moral education and party story publicity and education complement each other,innovate the way of cadre assessment,and establish the principle of moral first appointment.
