摘要
基于现有的弹上点火装置测试设备只能提供供电、信道切换功能,尚需人工操作通用仪器去测量点火幅值、脉宽、电流等,其自动化程度低、可靠性差,无法满足生产调试及产品验收时大批量测试的需求。文中设计并研制了基于虚拟仪器的弹上点火装置自动测试系统。该测试系统采用上下位机结构,以cRIO平台为硬件核心,使用Labview进行软件编程。实际测试结果表明:单具产品测试自动化程度能够达到100%,点火电源输出精度最高能够达到±2 mV,点火信号时序控制精度最高能够达到±0.2 ms,点火电流采集精度最高能达到20μA;系统自动化程度高,可靠性强,并具有一定的可拓展性。
Because the test equipment of a missile ignition device cannot meet the test requirements in the current production debugging and production acceptance process,an automatic test system of a missile ignition device based on virtual instrument is designed and developed.The test system adopts the upper and lower computer structure,takes the cRIO platform as the hardware core,and uses the Labview development software to write the software.It has high degree of automation,strong reliability and certain scalability.This paper describes the system structure of the whole test system and the corresponding software and hardware design ideas in detail,and gives some schematic diagrams on this basis.
