摘要
为了解决目前建设行业工程造价数据积累困难的问题,建设一个多方可信、具备可持续性的数据积累和市场价格信息发布平台是十分必要的。本文提出了一个数据积累和市场价格信息发布的解决方案。该方案以区块链的去中心化、数据脱敏、分布式存储和不可篡改等技术为基础,结合激励机制与造价从业人员实现互利共赢,在保护数据产权和防止数据垄断的前提下,解决目前各项痛点,满足数据积累和发布需求。借鉴于比特币等成功运营多年的区块链应用平台,平台开发和落地应用后可达到预期效果。
In order to solve the current problem of difficult construction cost data accumulation in the construction industry,it is necessary to build a multi-party credible and sustainable data accumulation and market price information dissemination platform.This paper proposes a solution for data accumulation and market price information dissemination.Based on the decentralization,data desensitization,distributed storage and tamper-evident technologies of blockchain,the solution combines incentive mechanisms with cost practitioners to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results,solves the current pain points and meets the demand for data accumulation and dissemination under the premise of protecting data property rights and preventing data monopoly.Referring to the blockchain application platform that has been successfully operated for many years such as Bitcoin,the platform can achieve the expected results after development and landing application.
