摘要
知识产权是企业持续技术创新的基石,如何规范企业商业秘密管理已成为关注焦点。通过对商业秘密保护路径、管理制度、标准制定及政策出台进行梳理与研究,聚焦技术信息和经营信息保护举措的完善,推动企业对商业秘密管理质量与时俱进。本文以照明电器行业为例,阐释企业商业秘密管理模型的完善路径,为企业技术创新保驾护航进行梳理和分析,通过对典型经验的交流与总结,引导更多企业融入典型管理模式,降低因商业秘密泄露而造成的经济损失。
Intellectual property is the cornerstone of continuous technological innovation.How to regulate the business secret management has become the focus of attention.Through sorting out and studying trade secret protection path,management system,standard formulation and policy introduction,focusing on the improvement of technical information and business information protection measures,enterprises can promote the quality of trade secret management to keep pace with the times.This paper takes lighting electric appliance industry as an example to explain the improvement path of enterprise business secret management model,sort out and analyze the escort of enterprise technology innovation,and guide more enterprises to integrate into typical management mode through the exchange and summary of typical experience,so as to reduce the economic losses caused by the leakage of business secrets.
