摘要
党的十九大报告提出“要以提升组织力为重点,加强基层党组织建设”。农村基层党组织是团结群众的基本单位,组织力是农村基层党组织的活力所在,农村基层党组织的组织力关系到基层党组织工作是否落实到位。新发展阶段对农村基层党组织工作提出了新的、更高的要求。当前,农村基层党组织还存在组织成员素质不高、服务意识不强,凝聚群众能力较弱、制度存在缺陷等问题,严重影响了农村基层党组织组织力的提高。本文从提高农村基层党组织组织力必要性出发,提出要从提高党员素质、提高服务意识、完善组织机制等方面增强农村基层党组织组织力。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed that“we should focus on improving the organizational strength and strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations.”Rural primary-level Party organizations are the basic organs of the CPC to unite the masses,and organizational force is the vitality of rural primary-level Party organizations,which is related to whether the work of grass-roots party organizations is implemented in place.The new stage of development has put forward higher requirements for rural grassroots work,but there are still some problems in rural grass⁃roots party organizations,such as low quality of members,weak service awareness,weak ability to unite the masses,and defects in the system,which seriously affect the improvement of the organizational power of ru⁃ral grassroots Party organizations.Based on the necessity of improving the organizational force of rural grass-roots party organizations,this paper proposes to improve the organizational force of rural grassroots party organizations from the aspects of improving the quality of party members,enhancing the sense of service,and improving the organizational mechanism.
