摘要
基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,实证分析个体禀赋对居民慈善捐赠的影响。研究发现:个体禀赋对慈善捐赠具有显著正向影响,且在城镇居民以及男性群体中影响更加明显,这一结果在通过工具变量法处理内生性问题及进行替代变量检验后依然成立;个体禀赋对居民慈善捐赠的影响机制主要有三个方面,即提升居民社会信任、生活信心与生活满意度。建议政府大力发展公益慈善事业,并注重通过提升居民的个体禀赋促进公益慈善事业发展,从而实现共同富裕的目标。
Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies in 2018,this paper empirically analyzed the impact of individual endowment on residents'charitable donation.The study found that,individual endowment had a significant positive impact on charitable donation,and the impact was more pronounced in the groups of urban residents and the males.The results were still valid after dealing with endogenous problems using the instrumental variable method and conducting substitute variable tests.There were three main action mechanisms for this impact of individual endowment,that was,improving residents'social trust,life confidence and life satisfaction.At last,the paper suggested that,the government had to vigorously develop public charity work,especially through the channel of improving individual endowment,so as to achieve the goal of common prosperity.
