摘要
针对中条山隧道路侧安装的感知设备利用不充分、数据传送不及时、突发事件,尤其是“两客一危”、超高超限等重点车辆行为异常事件,时有发生的现状,对中条山隧道重点车辆安全管控平台展开研究。通过载入平台的“两客一危”AI检测算法,结合宽高仪主动检测技术,可实现异常数据的汇聚处理、深度融合以及智慧应用,同时实现隧道场景内的“两客一危”以及超高超限等重点车辆的精准识别、实时定位以及隧道内的交通诱导,以提升隧道通行效率,减少安全事故,保障出行安全。该平台的研究与落地应用,有效地降低了中条山隧道中重点车辆的事故发生概率,为隧道的安全出行管理提供助力。
In view of the current situation that the sensing equipment installed on the roadside of Zhongtiaoshan Tunnel is not fully utilized,the data transmission is not timely,and emergencies,especially“Tourist chartered Buses,Liner Buses and Dangerous Goods Transport Vehicles”,ultra-high and over-limit and other key vehicle behavior abnormal events occur from time to time,the safety control platform for key vehicles in Zhongtiaoshan Tunnel is studied.Through the“Tourist chartered Buses,Liner Buses and Dangerous Goods Transport Vehicles”AI detection algorithm loaded on the platform and the active detection technology of the altimeter,it can achieve the aggregation processing,deep fusion and intelligent application of abnormal data,and at the same time realize the accurate identification,real-time positioning and traffic guidance of key vehicles such as“Tourist chartered Buses,Liner Buses and Dangerous Goods Transport Vehicles”in the tunnel scene,as well as ultra-high and over-limit vehicles,so as to improve the tunnel traffic efficiency,reduce safety accidents and ensure travel safety.The research and application of this platform can effectively reduce the accident probability of key vehicles in Zhongtiaoshan Tunnel and provide assistance for the safe travel management of the tunnel.
