摘要
通过剖析法学专业课程育人面临的困境,分析积极心理学与法学课程育人的内在联系,探讨积极心理学应用于法学课程育人的必要性和可行性,进而提出提升育人效果的应用路径。积极心理学与法学专业课程育人在目标上具有高度一致性,理念也具有高度契合性,运用积极心理学的内容、理念和方法有助于创新法学专业课程育人模式,从而提高课程育人实效性。
By analyzing the difficulties faced by legal education courses,analyzing the internal connection between positive psychology and legal education courses,exploring the necessity and feasibility of applying positive psychology to legal education courses,and then proposing application paths to improve the effectiveness of education.Positive psychology and the education of law courses have a high degree of consistency in goals and a high degree of compatibility in concepts.The application of positive psychology content,concepts,and methods can help to innovate the education model of law courses,thereby improving the effectiveness of curriculum education.
