摘要
环焊缝安全问题一直是管道安全保护的薄弱一环。随着城市化的发展,越来越多的交通路线与埋地管道产生了交叉,交通路线上车辆载荷对埋地管道的环焊缝安全造成了一定的威胁。为了评估车辆载荷作用下埋地管道环焊缝的安全性,本文以国内某管道为例,通过数值模型计算得到不同条件下管道应力分布,并基于ASME B31G的管道失效压力评估方法对该管道进行了体积型缺陷适用性评价,基于FAD方法对管道环焊缝进行了平面型缺陷适用性评价。最后针对评价结果给出了相应防护措施,证明了方法的准确性和实用性。
The safety of girth welds has always been a weak link in pipeline safety protection.With the development of urbanization,more and more traffic routes have crossed with buried pipelines.Vehicle loads on traffic routes pose a certain threat to the safety of girth welds of buried pipelines.In order to evaluate the safety of girth weld of buried pipeline under vehicle load,this paper takes a domestic pipeline as an example,and obtains the stress distribution of pipelines under different conditions through numerical model calculation.Based on the ASME B31G pipeline failure pressure evaluation method,the applicability of volumetric defects was evaluated.Based on the FAD method,the applicability of planar defects was evaluated.Finally,the corresponding protective measures are given for the evaluation results,which proves the accuracy and practicability of the method.
