摘要
近年来,由于二维(2D)材料独特的结构特征、物理化学性能及生物相容性,在生物电子学领域中引起了广泛的探索。本文介绍了2D材料在生物电子学中的应用背景,阐述了其用于生物电子学所具备的特性、制备方法及应用领域,最后对2D材料在生物电子学中的应用研究进展进行总结,并对其未来发展过程中可能存在的问题及发展方向进行展望。
In recent years,two-dimensional(2D)materials have been widely explored in the field of bioelectronics due to their unique structural characteristics,physicochemical properties and biocompatibility.In this paper,the application background of 2D materials in bioelectronics is introduced,and the characteristics,preparation methods and application fields of 2D materials in bioelectronics are described.Finally,the application research progress of 2D materials in bioelectronics is summarized,and the possible problems in the future development process and development direction are prospected.
