摘要
目的 观察奥西替尼对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能、血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年8月本院医治的62例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为此次研究对象,根据数字随机表法将其分成常规组和实验组,每组各31例,前者采取疼痛缓解治疗,后者采取奥西替尼治疗。对比两组治疗前后免疫功能、血清肿瘤标志物水平、生存质量;对比两组治疗优良率及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,两组免疫功能较治疗前显著提高,且实验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清肿瘤标志物水平较治疗前显著下降,且实验组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生存质量各项指标较治疗前显著改善,且实验组改善程度更优(P<0.05)。实验组治疗优良率高于常规组,不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者给予奥西替尼治疗可显著改善其免疫功能,可降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,继而提高生存质量,预后佳。
Objective To observe effect of oxitinib on immune function and serum tumor marker levels of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 as study objects,and divided them into routine group and experimental group with digital random table method,with 31 cases in each group.The former was treated wtih pain relief treatment,while the latter wtih osetinib treatment.Immune function,serum tumor marker levels and life quality between two groups were compared before and after treatment;excellent treatment rate and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,immune function between two groups was significantly higher than before treatment,that of experimental group was higher than routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum tumor markers in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,those of experimental group showed greater decrease(P<0.05).After treatment,various indicators of life quality in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,those of experimental group showed better improvement(P<0.05).Excellent and good treatment rate of experimental group was higher than routine group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Osetinib can improve immune function,reduce serum tumor marker levels and subsequently improve life quality significantly for advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients,with good prognosis.
