摘要
研究旨在探索枯草芽孢杆菌通过改善肠道微观发育及菌群结构、免疫抗氧化力,提高断奶仔猪生长性能、降低死淘率;进而得出临床使用剂量。将150头断奶仔猪随机分成3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分为添加含枯草芽孢杆菌的安美素的低剂量组(100 g/t)和高剂量组(200 g/t),饲喂周期为28 d,检测生长性能指标、肠道微观结构和血液免疫、抗氧化性能。试验结果表明,断奶仔猪日粮中添加安美素,试验结束后体重、日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),断奶仔猪的日采食量、料肉比及仔猪死淘率,显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。低剂量组与高剂量组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。28 d后,与对照组相比,低剂量安美素可显著提高断奶仔猪盲肠内的乳酸菌和总芽孢杆菌的含量,降低大肠杆菌数量(P<0.01),改善小肠肠道微观结构发育。添加安美素组的断奶仔猪与对照组相比,可极显著提高血浆中的免疫球蛋白A、G(P<0.01),低剂量组免疫球蛋白A极显著高于高剂量组(P<0.01);显著提高总抗氧化力和总超氧化物歧化酶活力(P<0.05),降低丙二醛含量(P<0.01),低剂量组丙二醛含量极显著低于高剂量组(P<0.01)。2个添加组间仔猪血液免疫球蛋白M含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶活力与对照组相比皆无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮添加100 g/t的安美素可显著提高断奶仔猪肠道微观结构发育与菌群结构,提高免疫抗氧化力,从而改善仔猪生长性能,降低死淘率。
The purpose of this study was to research effects of different supplementary dose of probiotic additives containing Bacillus Subtilis acting on intestinal micro structure development and bacterial composition,capacity of immunity and anti-oxidation regulated growth performance,and mortality,which to get the best supplemental ratio.150 weaned piglets were randomly allocated into three groups with five replicates of 10 each.Piglets in control group feed a basal feedstuff;the two treatments were feed with the basal feedstuff with two ratios of Anmeisu supplemented,which were low dose(100 g/t)and high dose group(200 g/t).Duration of feed was 56 days.The results indicated that piglets with dietary supplemented Bacillus Subtilis contained Anmeisu improved the body weight and Average daily gain(ADG),reduced daily feed intake of weaned piglets,ratio of feed to gain(F/G),and the mortality(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between low supplementary dose and high dose group(P<0.05).After 28 days,compared with the control group,low-dose Anmeisu group significantly increased the contents of Lactobacillus and total bacillus,decreased the number of Escherichia coli,and improved the development of intestinal microstructure of weaned piglets(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the levels of immunoglobulin A and G in plasma of weaned piglets in the Anmeisu group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the levels of immunoglobulin A in low-dose group were significantly higher than those in high-dose group(P<0.01).The total antioxidant capacity and total superoxide dismutase activity were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the malondialdehyde content in low-dose group was significantly lower than that in high-dose group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in blood immunoglobulin M content and glutathione peroxidase activity between the two groups compared with the control group(P>0.05).Dietary supplementation of 100 g/t Ammaxine can signi
