摘要
推动“交通+乡村特色产业”高质量融合发展,是助推乡村振兴的重要抓手。通过文献资料收集、实地调研等方法,系统梳理了“交通+乡村特色产业”融合发展的相关论述,提出了“交通+乡村特色产业”融合发展三大核心内涵以及乡村特色产业路定义分类。进而通过分析当前重庆市“交通+乡村特色产业”融合发展现状,针对其面临的产业通道通行服务能力较弱、配套设施不足、服务品质有待提高等诸多困境,给出了增强公路与乡村特色产业的衔接、拓展乡村特色产业路产业服务功能、培育乡村特色旅游交通产品、强化乡村特色产业路资源要素保障等具体对策建议。
Promoting the high-quality integrated development of transportation&rural characteristic industries is an important starting point for boosting rural revitalization.Through literature collection,field research and other methods,this paper systematically sorts out the relevant discussions on the integrated development of transportation&rural characteristic industries,and puts forward the three core connotations of the integrated development of transportation&rural characteristic industries and the definition and classification of rural characteristic industrial roads.Furthermore,by analyzing the current situation of the integrated development of transportation&rural characteristic industries in Chongqing,and aiming at many difficulties faced by it,such as weak industrial passageway service capacity,insufficient supporting facilities,and low service quality,these countermeasures and suggestions are given:strengthen the connection between roads and rural characteristic industries,expand the industrial service functions of rural characteristic industrial roads,cultivate rural characteristic tourism transportation products,and strengthen the resource elements guarantee of rural characteristic industrial roads.
