摘要
根据湖北省各市(州)2011—2020年农村劳动力转移与粮食生产的面板数据,运用超效率SBM模型对各市(州)粮食生产效率进行测算,并采用Tobit模型探究农村劳动力转移对湖北省各市(州)粮食生产效率的影响。结果表明:①湖北省粮食生产效率的均值超过1,鄂中地区粮食生产效率值明显高于鄂东和鄂西,鄂东效率值虽然最低,但仍大于1。②劳动力转移规模对湖北省整体及各区域的影响均为负,且通过了0.01和0.05的显著性检验。从影响系数来看,农村劳动力转移对粮食生产效率的影响系数仅为-0.009,对鄂东粮食生产效率的影响系数绝对值也较小,而对鄂中和鄂西的影响系数绝对值较大,说明鄂中和鄂西粮食生产对劳动力的依赖程度较深,当农村劳动力发生转移时,对粮食生产效率的负面影响也较大。
Based on the panel data of rural labor transfer and grain production of cities(prefectures)in Hubei Province from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses the super-efficiency SBM model to calculate the grain production efficiency of cities(prefectures),and uses Tobit model to explore the impact of rural labor transfer on the grain production efficiency of cities(prefectures)in Hubei Province.The results show that:①The average grain production efficiency in Hubei Province is more than 1,and the grain production efficiency in the middle of Hubei is significantly higher than that in the east and west of Hubei.Although the efficiency value in the east of Hubei is the lowest,it is still greater than 1.②The impact of labor transfer scale on Hubei Province as a whole and all regions is negative,and has passed the significance test of 1%and 5%.From the perspective of impact coefficient,the impact coefficient of rural labor transfer on grain production efficiency is only-0.009,and the absolute value of the impact coefficient on grain production efficiency in Eastern Hubei is also small,while the absolute value of the impact coefficient on grain production efficiency in central and Western Hubei is large,indicating that grain production in central and Western Hubei is deeply dependent on labor,and when rural labor transfer occurs,the negative impact on grain production efficiency is also large.
