摘要
董仲舒养生观体现着鲜明的辩证思维。“雠其所生”是其基本逻辑,董仲舒养生观在注重先天命赋的同时,更强调“寿夭自行”的后天之为。而后天之为的关键在于处理好身心关系,法天则、合天时、成天心,“得天地泰”,由此确立起人作为“天之继”的地位。董仲舒辩证养生观从“法天”到“继天”的模式转换,在昭彰“天人际与”的氛围中,同时强化、烘托起人的主体性意涵,并延展至“继天而为”以成物之境域。人之养生与“成物”发生关联,这构成了董仲舒辩证养生观的又一向度。
Dong Zhongshu's outlook on health preservation embodies a distinct dialectical nature.“Corresponding to innate constitution”is its basic logic,and Dong Zhongshu's concept of health care not only pays attention to the innate constitution,but also emphasizes the health care after tomorrow.The key to the day after tomorrow is to deal with the relationship between body and mind,follow the rules of heaven,combine the time of heaven,become the heart of heaven,and“get the right in Tian”,thus establishing the position of man as the“representative of Tian”.Dong Zhongshu's dialectical outlook on health care has changed from“learning from Tian”to“representing Tian”.In the atmosphere of“harmony between Tian and man”,it strengthens the subjective spirit of human beings and represents Tian to achieve everything.The relationship between human health and achievement of all things constitutes another dimension of Dong Zhongshu's dialectical health outlook.
