原铝Fe含量升高原因分析及应用

摘要 针对大型预焙铝电解槽原铝Fe含量升高的问题,分析了氧化铝、氟化铝、阳极炭块等原材料质量、操作质量、生产工艺条件、电解槽破损等方面的原因,采取了严格执行原材料质量验收标准、提高电解生产和阳极组装操作质量、制定并推行生产工艺标准、落实质量管理制度、提高全员质量管理意识等若干措施,使原铝Fe含量从0.131%降低到0.063%。 The quality of alumina,aluminum fluoride,anode carbon block and the other raw materials,operation quality,produc-tion process conditions,electrolytic cell damage and the other aspects were analyzed according to rising Fe content of large prebake aluminum electrolytic cell,therefore the strict quality acceptance criteria were adopted,the component operation quality of electrolytic production and anode assembling were increased,production process standard was developed and promoted,quality management system was implemented,the quality management awareness of all employees were improved,then Fe content was decreased from 0.131%to 0.063%.
