摘要
针对法兰、阀门、螺栓、管帽等异型构件的腐蚀问题,介绍了一种有机热塑性可剥离涂层。利用实验室设备对有机热塑性可剥离涂料的固体含量和干燥时间进行了测试,并采用盐雾、氙灯老化、冻融循环、热老化、剥离等试验方法对涂层耐老化性能和可剥离性能进行了测试和评价。结果表明:有机热塑性可剥离涂层具有良好的施工性能、耐老化性能和可剥离性能,长期服役性能优异。该材料可充分满足严苛工况下异型构件的长效防腐需求,降低了维护检修难度,应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the corrosion of special-shaped components such as flanges,valves,bolts,and pipe caps,an organic thermoplastic strippable coating was introduced.The solid content and drying time of the coating were tested by laboratory equipment.At the same time,Aging resistance and peelability of the coating were tested and evaluated by salt spray resistance,xenon lamp aging resistance,freeze-thaw cycle resistance and heat aging resistance.The results showed that the coating has good workability,aging resistance and strippability,and excellent long-term service performance.The material can fully meet the long-term anti-corrosion requirements of special-shaped components under severe working conditions and reduce the difficulty of maintenance,having.a broad application prospect.
