摘要
Ce是活泼元素。钢液中加入Ce形成含铈硫氧化合物,能够脱氧、脱硫和脱砷,净化钢液,促进钢液凝固形核、细化组织;热力学计算表明CeAlO_(3)生成自由能最低,生成不同含硫氧化合物与钢液中含氧量、含硫量有关系;微量Ce能固溶于钢中,提高钢的抗腐蚀性能;Ce在钢中也能析出CeFe_(2)、Fe_(4)Ce_(4)C_(7)或CeC_(2)等脆性相,降低钢的性能。钢液中形成大量CeAlO_(3)易聚集堵塞浇注水口,形成Ce_(2)O_(3)或Ce_(2)O_(2)S分布在基体组织中,使钢在高温轧制时开裂,降低钢的性能。稀土加入低氧钢中能调控碳扩散,优化钢的显微组织和力学性能。
Ce is an active element,which reacts with oxygen or sulfur to generate O-or S-bearing compound to purify the molten steel by removal of oxygen,Sulphur or Arsenium in molten steel.Moreover,the addition Ce in molten steel can promote the solidification nucleation of the molten steel,and refine the microstructure of the steel.Thermodynamic calculation shows that CeAlO_(3)has the lowest Gibbs free energy of formation than other Ce-bearing compounds in steels.The formation of different O-or S-bearing compound is related to the oxygen content and sulfur content in molten steel.Trace Ce can be dissolved in steel and improve the corrosion resistance of steel.Ce can also precipitate brittle phases such as CeFe_(2),Fe_(4)Ce_(4)C_(7)or CeC_(2)in steel,which reduces the properties of steel.CeAlO_(3)aggregated in the molten steel is easy to block the pouring nozzle,Larger Ce_(2)O_(3)or Ce_(2)O_(2)S particles intersperse in the matrix structure,which makes the steel crack during high temperature rolling and reduces the performance of the steel.The addition of RE to low oxygen steel can adjust carbon diffusion and optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties.
