摘要
HSE管理体系是石油石化等高危行业普遍采用的一种健康、安全与环境管理的管理体系。绿色人力资源管理是一种将“绿色”理念应用到人力资源管理领域所形成的新的管理理念和管理模式。“十四五”时期,我国经济社会发展要实现全面绿色转型,实现碳达峰和碳中和目标,建设生态文明和美丽中国,企业的HSE管理体系必须要实现高标准持续运行,而绿色人力资源管理可以成为提升HSE管理体系运行标准的一个崭新途径。
HSE management system is a health,safety and environmental management system commonly adopted in high-risk industries such as petroleum and petrochemical.Green human resources management is a new management concept and management model formed by applying the“green”concept to the field of human resources management.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,China’s economic and social development should achieve a comprehensive green transformation,achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and build an ecological civilization and a beautiful China,the HSE management system of Chinese enterprises must achieve high standards of continuous operation,and green human resources management can become a new way to improve the operation standard of HSE management system.
