裂缝性礁灰岩储层陶粒充填水驱效果实验评价 被引量:1

摘要 裂缝性礁灰岩储层具有内部断层及裂缝发育,储层基质中的油较难被采出,水沿裂缝渗流通道窜流内部结构复杂,油田开发过程中,一直受高含水率的困扰,导致了“厂”字型的含水率上升规律。目前控水陶粒裂缝充填工艺应用广泛,利用裂缝充填模拟水驱油实验装置,开展不同类型的控水陶粒裂缝充填后稳油控水效果评估。结果表明,对于目标地层采取40~70目、20~40目控水陶粒和普通陶粒进行对比,控水陶粒具有延缓含水率上升及良好的增油效果,同时40~70目相比20~40目控水陶粒在目标油田更具有良好的适用性,稳油控水效果更突出。该方法为裂缝性礁灰岩储层陶粒充填稳油控水实施效果提供了技术支撑。 Fractured reef limestone reservoir has internal faults and fractures,the oil in the reservoir matrix is difficult to be recovered,the water flows along the fracture seepage channel,and the internal structure is complex.In the process of oilfield development,it has been plagued by high water cut,resulting in the"factory"shaped water cut rise law.At present,the water control ceramsite fracture filling technology is widely used.The fracture filling simulation water displacement experimental device is used to evaluate the effect of oil stabilization and water control after different types of water control ceramsite fracture filling.The results show that 40~70 mesh,20~40 mesh water control ceramsite and ordinary ceramsite are compared for the target formation.The water control ceramsite has the effect of delaying the rise of water cut and increasing oil.At the same time,compared with 20~40 mesh water control ceramsite,40~70 mesh water control ceramsite has better applicability in the target oilfield and more prominent effect of oil stabilization and water control.This method provides technical support for the implementation effect of ceramsite filling in fractured reef limestone reservoir to stabilize oil and control water.
