稠油中轻烃组分的全二维气相色谱-质谱分析

Analysis of Light Hydrocarbon Components in Heavy Oil by Comprehensive Two-dimensional Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

摘要 为了获得委内瑞拉稠油中轻烃组分的详细组成,利用全二维气相色谱-质谱分析法对稠油轻烃组分进行定性和定量分析。研究结果表明,稠油轻烃组分主要由正构烷烃、异构烷烃、环烷烃、单环芳香烃、双环芳香烃、三环芳香烃和藿烷甾烷类组成;按色谱谱峰面积计算,油样中环烷烃、正构烷烃、异构烷烃含量最高,质量分数分别为32.3470%、21.9520%、21.9026%。正构烷烃进一步按碳数分布计算,谱峰集中在C14~C23,其中C16、C18、C20的质量分数分别为1.7746%、1.838%、1.6868%。根据实验分析确定油溶性降黏剂单体为苯乙烯、马来酸酐、丙烯酸十八酯。 In order to obtain the detailed composition of light hydrocarbon components in Venezuelan heavy oil,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of light hydrocarbon components in heavy oil was carried out by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that the light hydrocarbon components of heavy oil were primarily made up of n-paraffins,isoparaffins,cycloparaffins,monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,dicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,tricyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and hopanes&steranes.According to the peak area of the chromatographic spectrum,cycloparaffins,n-paraffins and isoparaffins are the most prevalent compounds in the oil samples,with the mass fractions of 32.3470%,21.9520%and 21.9026%,respectively.The n-paraffins were further computed using the carbon number distribution,and the C14~C23 range contained the majority of the spectral peaks.C16,C18,and C20 made up 1.7746%,1.838%,and 1.6868%of the composition,respectively.According to the experimental analysis,the oil-soluble viscosity reducer monomers are determined to be styrene,maleic anhydride and octadecyl acrylate.
