检测车辆转向器中蜗杆磨损装置的改进

摘要 车辆转向器的蜗杆磨损检测若啮合不当,会影响检测的结果,而且每次检测都需要手动进行蜗杆的拆装。蜗杆磨损检测装置通过电动方式使得检测蜗杆和待测蜗杆保持适当的啮合状态进行检测,同时,采用电机辅助装卸进行更换待测蜗杆,相比于现有的纯手动更换更为方便,有利于提高批量检测的效率。 If the worm wear detection of vehicle steering gears is not properly meshed,the detection results will be affected,and each detection requires manual disassembly and assembly of the worm.The detection worm and the worm to be measured are kept in a proper engagement state to be tested by electric means.Furthermore,compared with the existing pure manual method of replacement,it is more convenient to use motors to assist loading and unloading to replace the worm to be measured,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of batch inspection.
