摘要
信息时代背景下,数字资源建设是现阶段我国高校图书馆创新发展的重要工作内容,也是促进高校“双一流”建设目标尽快落实的关键性举措,因此,近几年越来越多的高校开始重视图书馆数字资源建设工作,并积极思考和探究数字资源的有效建设路径。基于此,该文先简要阐述了数字资源的定义与三大显著特征,然后对新时期高校图书馆数字资源建设的价值进行分析总结,最后概述“双一流”战略下高校图书馆数字资源建设的基本需求,并基于此探究总结高校图书馆数字资源建设的有效策略,以期为我国高校图书馆的数字资源建设提供实施思路,帮助其更好地开展相关工作。
In the context of the information era,the construction of digital resources is an important part of the innovative development of university libraries in China at this stage,and it is also a key measure to promote the implementation of the"double world-class"construction goal of universities as soon as possible.Therefore,in recent years,more and more universities have begun to attach importance to the construction of digital resources in libraries,and actively consider and explore the effective construction paths of digital resources.Based on this,this paper first briefly expounds the definition and three significant features of the digital resource,then analyzes and summarizes the value of the construction of digital resources in university libraries in the new era,finally overviews the basic needs of the construction of digital resources in university libraries under the"Double First-Class"strategy,and based on this,explores and summarizes effective strategies for the construction of digital resources in university libraries,in order to provide implementation ideas for the construction of digital resources in university libraries in China,and help them carry out relevant work better.
