摘要
【目的】为提高杨树人工林下的经济效益,夯实益母草的市场存量,通过杨树对益母草的化感研究,为林下种植益母草提供理论支撑。【方法】通过不同浓度杨树根系浸提液和不同浓度杨树根际土浸提液对益母草种子进行处理,观察种子萌芽情况。【结果】杨树根和根际土的提取液,在浓度较高的情况下会抑制益母草种子的萌发与生长,在低浓度的情况下影响较小。在此基础上,测量杨树林下种植和非林下种植的益母草的根、叶的各项指标结果显示,杨树林下种植的益母草与非林下种植益母草的根长、根表面积、根体积、叶片数、叶片面积、叶片周长均无显著差异。【结论】在杨树林下栽植益母草时,在杨树和益母草之间留出一定空间。
【Objective】In order to improve the economic benefits of poplar plantations and consolidate the market stock of Leonurus japonicus,through the allelopathy of poplar to Leonurus japonicus,to provide theoretical support for the planting of Leonurus japonicus under the forest.【Method】The seeds of Leonurus japonicus were treated with different concentrations of poplar root extract and poplar rhizosphere soil extract,and the germination of seeds was observed.【Result】The results showed that the extract of poplar root and rhizosphere soil inhibited the germination and growth of Leonurus japonicus seeds at high concentrations,but had little effect at low concentrations.On this basis,various indicators of the roots and leaves of Leonurus japonicus planted under poplar forests and non-forest plantations were measured.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the root length,root surface area,root volume,number of leaves,leaf area,and leaf circumference between Leonurus japonicus planted under poplar forests and non-forest plantations.【Conclusion】Therefore,it is recommended to leave a certain space between the poplar and Leonurus japonicus when planting Leonurus japonicus under the poplar forest.
