老年类风湿性关节炎、干燥综合征患者合并显微镜结肠炎1例并文献复习

摘要 显微镜结肠炎(microscopic colitis,MC)首次报告于1976年,该病在临床上其实并不少见,需进一步提高对其的认识。肠外表现是溃疡性结肠炎(UC)和克罗恩病(CD)的常见并发症,MC的肠外表现常被忽视。MC患者常伴有炎症性关节病,是其最常见的肠外表现。MC患者常合并风湿性疾病,这部分患者自身抗体的阳性率很高,MC可能与风湿性疾病有共同的易感性、致病机制和治疗手段,临床上需引起重视。炎症性关节病作为MC的肠外表现以及MC与风湿性疾病的关系已受到国外学者的关注[1]。本文报道了老年类风湿性关节炎、干燥综合征合并MC的1例患者,并进行了文献复习,以期引起国内同行关注,提高对MC的认识和诊治水平。
