摘要
文章以某既有多层框架结构抽柱托梁大跨度改造项目为例,在一至三层拆除双向8.5 m柱网的框架柱,形成25.5 m跨3层高的大空间,创新性选用组合梁+钢斜撑空间复合结构体系。采用MIDAS整体模型分析、ABAQUS有限元软件计算,并与实时监测数据对比分析,论证了该抽柱托梁工程的安全性。结果表明:钢构件的应力比、组合梁的竖向位移及斜撑底节点的水平位移符合规范限值,软件模拟的结果与现场监测结果的走势基本吻合,组合梁+钢斜撑体系安全、可靠,可供类似大跨度工程参考。
The article takes a large span renovation project of an existing multi-story frame structure as an example,removing frame columns of 8.5 m column network in both directions from the first to the third floor to form a 25.5 m×25.5 m,3-story-high space,and innovatively selected a composite structural system of combined beam+steel diagonal bracing space.With MIDAS integral models,ABAQUS finite element software and real-time monitoring data,the safety of the project is proved.The results show that the data including the stress ratio of steel components,the vertical displacement of the combined beam and the horizontal displacement of the bottom node of the diagonal brace is all within the specification limits;the simulation results are basically consistent with the trend of monitoring results.Hence,the combined beam+steel diagonal brace system is safe and reliable,which can be a reference for similar huge span projects extracting columns and joints.
