摘要
采用钢渣、矿渣、铜渣、电石渣、工业盐、废石膏及流态稳定改性材料制备了地基加固用地质聚合物灌浆料,具有施工性能稳定、灌注性良好,与土壤反应,早强快硬及体积稳定性好的特点。灌浆料初始流动度14.5~16.2s、泌水率为0、膨胀率0.05%~0.07%、耐水性104.0%~110.0%、1d抗压强度在23.2~27.8MPa、7d抗压强度在34.8~39.6MPa、28d抗压强度在42.4~47.4MPa。
Geopolymer grouting material for foundation reinforcement was prepared by steel slag,slag,copper slag,calcium carbide slag,industrial salt,waste gypsum and fluid stability modification materials.It has the characteristics of stable construction performance,good perfusing,reaction with soil,early strength,fast hardening and good volume stability.The initial fluidity of grouting material is 14.5~16.2 s,the bleeding rate is 0,the expansion rate is 0.05%~0.07%,the water resistance is 104.0%~110.0%,the compressive strength of grouting material is 23.2~27.8 MPa for 1 d,34.8~39.6 MPa for 7 d and 42.4~47.4 MPa for 28 d.
