摘要
金属催化反应在高效合成获取复杂分子方面发挥了重要的作用。铑元素作为一种高活性、化学性质稳定的贵金属催化剂,不但在催化、活化C(sp~2)-H键和C(sp~3)-H键的反应中应用很多,还可以用来催化烷氧基胺类化合物,使其发生分子内羟氨基化反应生成含氧杂环。此反应机理可扩展应用到很多合成反应中。
Metal-catalyzed reactions play an important role in the efficient synthesis of complex molecules.As a highly active and chemically stable precious metal catalyst,rhodium is not only used in catalytic activation of C(sp2)-H bonds and C(sp3)-H bonds,but also can be used to cata-lyze alkoxyamine compounds to generate oxygen-containing heterocycles by intramolecular oxyamination.This reaction mechanism can be extended to many synthesis reactions.
