摘要
高等教育作为推动地区经济发展的主要推动力之一,其在区域协同发展战略中发挥着重要作用。与义务教育体系相比,高等教育体系更为复杂,能够影响高等教育质量的因素更为多元化。受到区位、地区经济规模、人口综合素质等因素的影响,各个地区高等教育水平发展存在差异。研究人员基于协同发展视角,利用区域间高等教育协同发展评价模型,对影响高等教育协同发展水平的各项因素进行量化统计,并按照各个因素对于高等教育协同发展的影响程度排序。深入分析高等教育协同发展面临的诸多问题,并针对这些问题提出切实可行的解决措施,以期能进一步优化和整合优质高等教育资源,促进教与学的双赢。
As one of the main driving forces to promote regional economic development,higher education plays an important role in the regional coordinated development strategy.Compared with the compulsory education system,the higher education system is more complex,and the factors that can affect the quality of higher education are more diversified.Influenced by such factors as location,regional economic scale,and the comprehensive quality of the population,the development of higher education varies from region to region.Therefore,from the perspective of collaborative development,researchers use the evaluation model of inter regional collaborative development of higher education to make quantitative statistics on the various factors and rank them according to their impact on the collaborative development of higher education.This paper analyzes many problems faced by the coordinated development of higher education,and puts forward practical solutions to these problems,in order to further optimize and integrate high-quality higher education resources,and promote the win-win situation of teaching and learning.
