摘要
目的:观察解毒化浊消溃方灌肠联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及对C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)水平的影响。方法:选取2016年5月~2021年5月常州市武进中医医院收治的80例UC患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上加用解毒化浊消溃方灌肠治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前、治疗后1个月的主要临床症状积分、CRP和ESR水平、治疗后1个月的Mayo内镜评分及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组脓血便、腹痛、腹泻积分均较治疗前减少,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月两组CRP、ESR水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月两组Mayo内镜评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为10.00%、7.50%,两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:解毒化浊消溃方灌肠联合美沙拉嗪治疗UC效果显著,可有效减轻患者相关临床症状,降低CRP和ESR水平,且不良反应率较低。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Detoxification Huazhuo Xiaokui Recipe combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)and its effect on C-reactive protein(CRP)and sedimentation(ESR)levels.Methods:A total of 80patients with UC admitted to Changzhou Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016to May 2021were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40cases in each group.Patients were treated with mesalazine in the control group,and patients were treated with Detoxification Huazhuo Xiaokui Recipe combined with mesalazine in the observation group,Both groups were treated continuously for 1month.Comparison of clinical outcomes,pre-and post-treatment symptom scores between the two groups,CRP and ESR levels before and after treatment,Mayo endoscopy score(MSE)and rate of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,purulent stools,abdominal pain and diarrhea points were reduced in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).The CRP and ESR levels were lower in both groups 1month after treatment than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The Mayo endoscopy score was lower in both groups at 1month after treatment than before treatment and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 10.00%and 7.50%respectively,and there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Detoxification Huazhuo Xiaokui Recipe with mesalazine is effective in treating UC,which can effectively reduce patients'related clinical symptoms,and reduce CRP and ESR levels without increasing the occurrence of adv
