摘要
目的观察梁氏益阴固金汤联合吉非替尼治疗气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的效果。方法选择2019年5月—2021年5月肇庆市中医院梁宏正及吴社泉名中医工作室、呼吸科及肿瘤科诊治的气阴两虚型NSCLC患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予吉非替尼治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合梁氏益阴固金汤治疗,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分及生活质量评分。结果治疗1个月后,观察组中医证候积分低于治疗前,Karnofsky功能状态评分量表(KPS)评分高于治疗前,且与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而对照组治疗前后中医证候积分、KPS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、角色功能、总体健康状况、疲倦、气促、便秘评分较治疗前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);而对照组认知功能、角色功能、疲倦、气促评分较治疗前改善,但社会功能评分较治疗前降低,恶心呕吐、食欲丧失、便秘评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能、总体健康状况及疲倦、恶心呕吐、气促、食欲丧失、便秘评分均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论梁氏益阴固金汤联合吉非替尼治疗气阴两虚型NSCLC,能明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of Liang′s Yiyin Gujin decoction combined with gefitinib in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods Sixty cases of patients with NSCLC with deficiency of both Qi and Yin diagnosed and treated in LIANG Hongzheng and WU Shequan famous TCM studio,respiratory department and Oncology Department of Zhaoqing Hospital of TCM from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with gefitinib,the observation group was treated with Liang′s Yiyin Gujin decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for one month.the TCM syndrome scores and quality of life scores of two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment.Results After one month of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than before treatment,the Karnofsky functional status(KPS)scores were higher than before treatment,and there were statistically significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);However,there was no statistically significant difference in the TCM syndrome score and KPS score before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After one month of treatment,the physical function,emotional function,cognitive function,role function,overall health status,fatigue,shortness of breath and constipation scores in the observation group improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01);The cognitive function,role function,fatigue,and shortness of breath scores in the control group improved compared to before treatment,but the social function scores decreased compared to before treatment.The scores of nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,constipation,and economic difficulties increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01);The physical,emotional,cognitive,role,social function,overall health status,fatigue,nausea,vomiting,shortness of breath,loss of appetit
