摘要
随着我国经济高速发展,焚烧飞灰、市政污泥和农林固废的产生量逐年增加,对城市健康发展与生态文明建设带来了挑战。“双碳”战略的提出进一步要求对上述固体废物进行无害化与资源化处置。调查研究发现,可对低值有机废物进行统筹协同处置,基于碳循环及“以废治废”的环保理念,将三者进行综合利用,构造出资源化利用的绿色循环闭环处置工艺技术方案。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the production of incineration fly ash,municipal sludge,and agricultural and forestry solid waste has been increasing year by year,posing challenges to the healthy development of cities and the construction of ecological civilization.The proposal of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy further requires the harmless and resourceful disposal of the above-mentioned solid waste.The investigation and research find that low value organic waste can be disposed in a coordinated manner,based on the environmental protection concept of carbon cycle and"waste control by waste",the three can be comprehensively utilized to construct a green cycle closed-loop disposal process technology scheme for resource utilization.
