摘要
通过查阅相关文献,对近年电针疗法治疗腓总神经麻痹的临床研究进行整理、总结、分析。电针疗法治疗该病在穴位的选择上以足三阳经穴为主,电针波型等参数的选择不尽相同,均取得满意疗效。电针治疗该病的作用机制尚不明确,临床电针参数的设定尚无统一标准,有待于进一步研究。
The clinical studies of electroacupuncture therapy for the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy were compiled,summarized and analyzed by reviewing the relevant literature.The literature shows that electroacupuncture therapy for this disease is based on the Zusanyang acupoint.All the different selections of electroacupuncture wave types and other parameters have achieved satisfactory results.The mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of this disease is still unclear and there is no uniform standard for the setting of clinical electroacupuncture parameters,which needs to be further studied.
