摘要
三维扫描检测技术可简单、快捷、准确地测出复杂结构尺寸及形位误差,在高精制造行业具有广泛的应用价值。文章介绍了核安全设备稳压器中某些零部件具有几何结构复杂、尺寸精度要求高的特点,以及常规的尺寸检验手段存在精度无法保证或检验难度大、效率低下的弊端,阐述了三维扫描技术的原理并与其他检测手段做优劣对比,总结出一套针对具体使用场景的三维扫描检测的操作标准,提高了检测的效率和准确性。
The 3D scanning detection technology can easily,quickly,and accurately measure the dimensions and shape errors of complex structures,and has broad application value in the high-precision manufacturing industry.The article introduces the complex geometric structure and high dimensional accuracy requirements of certain components in nuclear safety equipment voltage regulators,as well as the drawbacks of conventional dimensional inspection methods that cannot guarantee accuracy or have high difficulty and low efficiency in inspection.It elaborates on the the principle of 3D scanning technology and compares it with other inspection methods,summarizes a set of operational standards for 3D scanning detection for specific usage scenarios,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of detection.
